Ilaria Mundula is a cross-cultural marketing strategist with over 15 years of experience leading intercultural teams and advising public and private organizations on culturally informed strategies.
She co-founded an award-winning consultancy recognized at the 2015 Festival of Economics for its impact on local development.
Currently, she is the director of the Chinese Digital Scenario Observatory at PIN – University Hub of Prato, focusing on Sino-Italian digital consumer behavior. She studied at the University of Milan, SDA Bocconi, LSE, and Renmin University of China.
Ilaria lectures in advanced training programs and teaches the “TikTok and Pinterest” module in the Wempark Master’s in Digital Marketing. A frequent speaker at international forums and universities, she also serves as Head of Marketing and Communication for Associna, the Association of Second-Generation Chinese in Italy. She authored Le dieci saggezze cinesi (Flaco Edizioni), a strategic guide drawing on classical Chinese military thought.
